I just wanted to say what a massive difference there is between the managed service you provide and the so-called equivalent provided by my previous agent. Granted, you charge a little bit more but it's so worth it. Philip came round to my property, gave me the option of TFO or Managed but recommended the latter. I agreed. Within 4 days a tenant was starting referencing. Good, and constant, communication plus a willingness to keep me in the loop. I can thoroughly recommend Philip & the team as letting agents. Brilliant.

I just wanted to let you know that you were right. I had experienced a low fee agent and had just put it down to bad luck but after using Martin Kemps, I found that the old adage of "you only get what you pay for" is never truer. I also had this comment passed to me and I thought it highly appropriate. "The disappointment of the poor quality service remains long after the joy of the low cost fees". Thanks to everyone at MK.

We just wanted to say that it has been a refreshing change to deal with people who back up their promises and actually deliver. Your communication skills are excellent. Not only did we get email confirmation for every viewing, but you followed them up with your viewing feedback cards (which are a brilliant idea) and then a courtesy call after confirming their thoughts. Once we were underway with a sale, Philip kept us in the loop on the progress, or not, of the sale and was, in some cases, ahead of our solicitor on information. Unfortunately for us, we have moved away so we won't be able to use Martin Kemps again, but if you're reading this, give them a call. Honestly, they are different.
